Do you already own Avid Media Composer? If you have been editing on Media Composer do you still own a Perpetual License? This license means you bought and own the software and if you keep an active Support Plan then you can continue to update it as new features are released. If you have Media Composer Perpetual License with an active support plan you can renew that for updates or Crossgrade now to a subscription license. |

Do you have an Avid Media Composer Subscription License? The subscriptions can be easily renewed with these versions. The difference between a Subscription Renewal and a new subscription is that these will easily extend the term of your current subscription license for another year. You can add these at any time and Avid Account Manager will extend from your current expiration date. |

PERPETUAL LICENSES

Avid Media Composer Perpetual Licenses If you are with an organization who simply cannot use or manage software subscriptions Perpetual Licenses are still available. These licenses will still require an annual support plan to keep current and will have to connect to Avid servers for periodic licensing verification or require the use of the USB dongle. Avid is moving many customers to a Subscription model so please give us a call to discuss how that can work better for you. |
