What makes a great product more successful is tending to the needs of their consumers. In the media industry something like customer input goes a long way and Avid has come up with a great way to absorb that input. They have created the Avid Customer Association (ACA) and this year had their Inaugural ACA Vote last December. This vote allowed members of the ACA to let their voice be heard about what they liked and disliked and Keli Callaghan gives a look into those voting results.
