The shipping is much higher for the storage bundles because the hard drives are shipped with a lot of protective foam, so the volume of the box is quite large. As a result we are billed for the dimensional rather then actual weight of the package.

International Shipping Charges
We are doing our international shipping with UPS because they give us very good rates and excellent service. You may request Fed ex or Airborne Express service. As a result buying from Videoguys you may be able to save lots of money, even after shipping/taxes/duties. We have listed a sample of the shipping charges for one of our DTV computer boards to some of our most popular export areas. These charges are for freight and insurance only. You will have to pay any additional duty/taxes/tarrifs/customs when you receive your package. We can work with you to minimize these extra costs by breaking down the content of your purchase between computer hardware, software and other electronics. *Attention Canadian Customers
We now ship all our Canada DTV orders via UPS 2nd day air. With this service, all customs/brokerage fees are included. You will only be responsible for the import tax (GST).
International Warranties:
All purchases from The Electronic Mailbox come with our 30 day Customer Assurance Policy and full US warranty. If you need your purchase to be replaced or serviced, we suggest you try to get it done locally first. If this is a problem, call us for help. We will either handle the exchange for you or give you the phone # for the US warranty service. You will get the same great service our U.S. customers get.
Special instructions for International Orders:
