For several years my company has dealt with another large video vendor. This year, sparked by what was going to be our largest video gear upgrade in many years, I decided to give the VideoGuys (TEM) a try. They had some excellent packages.

In short, the service was superb, they worked with us on the packages and pricing, and we could not have been more pleased with them.

Our purchase included Avid MC4/MC5, Red Giant MB Looks, G-Tech 4TB Raids, and the Matrox Mini with Max. Had they stocked some of the other things we needed, our purchase would have been larger.

Ok I have been raking my brain for several months now on updating my main 3d/video editing workstation and "ancient" Hp xw9300. Was thinking of forking over serious dollars for a dual xeon or opteron build but the cost was grrrrrrrrrr!!!. I found your DIY7 build article and said "Thats for me!" I found every thing on your list and, My GOD THIS THING IS SWEET!!!!  Not just for Adobe creative suite but for 3dsmax,Mudbox ,Zbrush and VUE Infinite as well... You guys ROCK....Money saved will be put to getting a RTX2 and possibly a small render farm set up. Thanks for putting up kick butt articles like you do on your site.

I cannot believe how quickly my order was processed! Hi Gary - Just wanted to let you know how great value your DIY pages have been to me. Besides my lovely Liquid I have Vegas too that I wanted to try out. I installed it on 2 different of my machines with genuine Intel boards (925X and 925EX chipset) and it did not work properly (a culprit somewhere in the playback). Then I build a DIY4 with slight changes, and it seems to run like a charm… ;-) Thanks for all you and your guys do to this video-community!!
