Overview
The iLED 150 is a lightweight, versatile and affordable lighting accessory. The ikan iLED 150 features a ¼-20 threaded mount allowing you to use the supplied shoe adaptor on most cameras or adapt it to mount to practically any type of camera accessory bracket. The included gels easily slip into the attached gel frame allowing you to quickly change color temperatures and customize your lighting as needed.
The iLED uses 144 LED lights to create a powerful, even and energy efficient lighting solution. The newest incarnation, the iLED 150, has brighter diodes with more accurate color temperature.
The built-in dimmer knob is fast and convenient, while the included diffusion filters or color gels with the built-in gel frame make adjustments a breeze.
The iLED 150 includes support for the popular “L” series battery packs. It allows you to use these common prosumer battery packs to power your light.

Q: What is the average runtime for the included battery pack?
A: The approximate runtime using the supplied battery pack is approximately 3.5 hours at maximum output. A larger “L” Series battery can run the unit for up to 5 hours of continuous runtime.

Q: What is the effective distance of the light from the iLED?
A: The iLED light has an effective range of approximately 1.5 meters (5.92 feet). This distance will vary based on the power left in the battery, the amount of diffusion or color correction placed in front of the light and the position of the dimmer switch. The effective distance of the light can also be affected by the conditions of the area in which you are shooting and the level of ambient light in that area as well.

Q: What is the maximum voltage that the iLED unit can handle?
A: The unit is powered through standard 7.2v to 12v and can also accommodate full-size batteries via P-tap.
