A few notes about our demo systems

• HP configured these systems for us with a ton of RAM. 1.5GB is overkill for all but the most serious editing. You can save by dropping down to 1GB.
• We requested the cheapest video card they offer. We need to test different graphics cards all the time. You may want a more powerful graphics card for your system.
• We had our systems configured with a dedicated 120GB EIDE drive for video. That's enough space for over 9 hours. You can save $50-100 by choosing a smaller drive.
• HP offers you fantastic deals on LCD monitors and color printers when you bundel them with your workstation.
