I just wanted to let everyone know that I've just updated our NLE systems (for Windows) recommendations page. If the time has come to upgrade your old or get a new NLE workstation, this article is a great place to start.
If you are upgrading to Adobe CS5, Avid MC5, Sony Vegas 10 or Grass Valley Edius 6 this is definitely a worthwhile read. (Read More)

Welcome back to our presentation of how HP’s new Intel Nehalem-based workstations compare to older workstations when rendering from Adobe Creative Suite 4 (CS4). Briefly, in the last installment, I detailed the tests that I performed, and discussed the results for DV and HDV source materials.
