Hey, not only did I order and receive a great deal on the Pioneer BDR-206 12x Blu-ray writer from you,  but I also found all the great articles and the forum that you have set up.  I especially found the article on building a nice machine with the I-7 8 core processor a great source of information.  I was impressed with your knowledge and dedication to doing it the right way.  Very informative and helped me to order my new computer today.  I have an HP but needed more power for high def, so I ordered the following:

• Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
• Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-930 quad-core [2.8GHz, 1MB L2 + 8MB shared L3 cache]  
• Memory    12GB DDR3-1066MHz SDRAM [6 DIMMs]   
• Hard drive    FREE UPGRADE! 1.5TB 7200 rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive from 750GB   
• Graphics card    1GB NVIDIA Geforce 460 [2 DVI, mini-HDMI, VGA adapter]   

It may not include all of the stuff you guys suggested but I think it will be a nice start.  Right now I have a older 9550 Quad Core Processor with 4 cores and a speed of 2.21 ghz and 6 gb of memory and a NVidia GeForce 9300 GE.  It is a nice machine but rendering HD movies with Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 for Blu Ray stopped about in the middle of the job.  Never had a problem with DVD's and quick rendering.  Don't know if I should upgrade to Sony HD 10 or not as I do not see any advantage unless it takes advantage of the new computer that I will be getting.  Maybe you could give me some suggestions.  I was able to do some stuff with multi avchd to join and render then burn with Cyberlink (which does have a decent menu system), but that was the only way to get it done.  My image burn did not work and I ruined one blu ray (still works on computer though).  I was able to do the first blu ray with Sony 9 above but it was only about 6 gigs as I wanted to try it out.  Anything larger and it seemed to stop half way through.
