Gives technical directors dedicated control and improved workflow NewTek, Inc., manufacturer of industry-leading video and 3D animation products, today introduced LiveControl™, an optional USB-connected device for its line of TriCaster™ portable live production and virtual set systems. It provides users with dedicated control of each TriCaster input for more compelling productions with tighter pacing. LiveControl, available in two versions for all NewTek’s TriCaster models (LC-08 for TriCaster; LC-11 for TriCaster PRO™, TriCaster STUDIO™ and TriCaster BROADCAST™), can be used in tandem with NewTek’s other new LiveText™ and TimeWarp™ accessories to more efficiently integrate titling, replay and slow motion capabilities into TriCaster-generated productions. LiveControl, makes it possible for the producer and technical director to focus on their respective roles to improve the accuracy, pacing and overall quality of live web streams and video projects.
