Improved AVCHD to Media Composer Workflow

While we wait for AMA support of AVCHD there is an improvement that I found that some may know but I thought I would share it here for those that missed it.

You Just Bought A Canon 7D Now What!

Buying a Canon 7D is a smart move well done, don't second guess yourself with, should I have got the new 550/T2i for half the price? Besides all the advantages and possibilities shooting with a HDSLR offers, there are some major drawbacks.
